
周亚亭,博士,教授,硕士生导师。江苏省“333工程”第三层次培养对象、江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才培养对象、江苏省“双创计划”科技副总,国家自然科学基金委、江苏省发展改革委和江苏、山东、广东、四川等省科技厅光电子领域项目评审专家。2012年获南京大学工学博士学位,2015年1月至2016年1月在美国罗格斯大学工学院计算机和电子工程系访学。
主要从事半导体激光器、光电集成电路芯片、光纤通信器件与技术等方面的研究。近年来,主持并完成国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、863课题子项目、省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才项目等课题6项,企业委托项目6项。以第一作者或通信作者身份发表SCI论文10多篇,授权发明专利10件。
