任品云,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2014年毕业于湖南大学物理学专业,获理学博士学位,20172022年在电子科技大学“材料科学与工程”学科从事博士后研究工作,20229月至20238月电子科技大学集成电路学院访问学者。当前主要从事各种微纳半导体材料生长、光电器件设计、组装与性能测试分析等研究。以第一或通讯作者在Advanced materials, Nano-micro letters, Journal of physical chemistry letters, ACS applied nano materials等杂志上发表SCI论文14篇。主持包括国家自然科学基金青年、中国博士后基金面上项目、国家重点实验室基金、常州市领军人才培育项目等各类纵横向项目15项。
