任品云,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,2014年毕业于湖南大学物理学专业,获理学博士学位。2017-2022年在电子科技大学“材料科学与工程”学科从事博士后研究工作,2022年9月至2023年8月电子科技大学集成电路学院访问学者。当前主要从事各种微纳半导体材料生长、光电器件设计、组装、性能测试与分析等研究。以第一或通讯作者在Advanced Materials, Nano-Micro Letters, Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, Crystal Growth & Design等期刊上发表论文18篇。主持包括国家自然科学基金青年、中国博士后基金面上项目、国家重点实验室基金、常州市领军人才培育项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目等各类纵、横向项目19项。
