陈小卉,博士,教授,硕士生导师。江苏省“333工程”第三层次培养对象、江苏省“双创计划”科技副总。江苏省绿色电解液设计与调控优秀科技创新团队带头人,江苏省新能源汽车动力电池系统安全设计与防护工程研究中心负责人,2016年获日本国立高知大学博士学位。主要从事电解液聚集结构及行为、锂离子电池/燃料电池电极制备、电分析化学、电化学合成等研究工作。
